After receiving an early morning call to a report of a loss of power following a fire alert in a substation, we arrived to find an old air cooled transformer had flashed over. Replacements aren’t easy to find but we worked with some of our partner companies to get a step-up transformer and appropriate generation to ensure production was not affected.
